See The Month
Before It Lands.

Most stores find out how the month went when it is over, which is the one moment nothing can be done about it. Drive AI models your close rate from live pipeline health, response performance and your own historical pace, so you see where the month is tracking while there is still month left to act on.

What The Model Actually Reads.

No black box. These are the inputs, and the read they produce. Field names only, your store fills in the numbers.

Forecast readoutmodeled · refreshed continuously
  • input 01PipelineOpen deals by stage, age in stage, and movement this week. A deal that stopped moving is already telling you something.
  • input 02ResponseCurrent speed-to-lead and follow-up coverage. Slipping response this week is soft closes next week.
  • input 03HistoryYour store's own close pattern: by month, by source, by season. The model learns your pace, not an industry average.
  • input 04ShowingAppointments set against appointments shown, week to date.
  • modelClose rateModeled per stage from the inputs above. Not a gut feel, and not a straight-line guess off last month.
  • outputThe readWhere the month is tracking, and which specific deals move the number most, so effort goes where it pays.

A Forecast You Can Act On.

The point is not predicting the month. It is changing it while you still can.

Modeled

From Your Own Pace

The model is trained on your store's history: seasonality, source mix, how your deals actually age. A Camry store and a diesel truck store do not forecast alike.

Live

Re-Read As The Pipeline Moves

Every stage change, new lead and booked appointment updates the read. The forecast is a live instrument, not a Monday report.

Early

Soft Months Flagged Early

A month that is going to miss usually announces itself in week one, in response times and stage movement. Early warning is the whole value.

Deal-level

The Deals That Move It

The read names the specific opportunities that swing the number most, so managers coach the deals that matter instead of the loudest ones.

Grounded

Fed By Clean Data

The model reads the pipeline hygiene keeps honest. Clean stages in, credible forecast out.

Plain

No Black-Box Theater

Every read shows its inputs. When the forecast moves, you can see which input moved it. Trust comes from legibility, not confidence scores.

How It Runs At Your Store.

During the build we connect the model to your pipeline and calibrate it against your store's history. Then it runs quietly, updating as the pipeline moves, and surfaces the read wherever your managers already look.

  • Calibrated to your store's historical pace, not an industry template.
  • Updates continuously as deals move, book and close.
  • Names the specific deals that most move the month, with context.
  • Delivered into your reports and dashboards, no new tool to learn.
  • Every read traceable to its inputs. No unexplained numbers, ever.

Straight Answers.

Is this actually reliable, or just a fancy guess?
It is a model, and we are straight about what that means: it reads pipeline health, response performance and your own historical pace, and shows you its inputs alongside the read. It will not predict a hailstorm. What it does reliably is flag a soft month early, while the flag is still useful, and name the deals that change it.
What do managers actually do with the forecast?
Act early. A soft read in week one means tightening response coverage, pushing the named swing deals, or pulling a campaign forward, with three weeks to work instead of a post-mortem. The forecast is a steering wheel, not a scoreboard.
Does it need my CRM data to be clean?
Clean data makes any forecast better, which is why this ships alongside pipeline management: dedupe, stage hygiene and stale-lead handling keep the model's inputs honest. The two are built as a pair during your rollout.
