A Clean CRM,
Without Anyone Cleaning It.

Every CRM starts clean and rots: duplicates pile up, hot leads go quiet, deals stall in stages nobody checks. Drive AI runs the hygiene automatically. Dedupes, revives, nudges and resurfaces, so the board your managers look at every morning is actually true.

What Ran While You Slept.

Every night the pipeline gets swept end to end. Here is a pass, row by row, the way your team finds it in the morning.

Hygiene lognightly sweep · 3:00 AM
  • 3:00:00 AMSweepNightly pass over every open record in the pipeline begins.
  • 3:00:41 AMMergedTwo records, one buyer: a web form and a phone-up with matching details become one record with the full history.
  • 3:01:12 AMFlaggedA hot lead has gone quiet for days with no follow-up logged. Queued for the revival cadence, assigned rep notified.
  • 3:01:55 AMRevivedA lost opportunity from last quarter resurfaces: lease ending soon, marked for a fresh, human-approved touch.
  • 3:02:30 AMNudgedA deal has sat in Negotiation past your threshold. A next-step task lands on the rep's board with context.
  • 3:03:04 AMCleanStages reconciled, duplicates gone, every deal owned. The board matches reality before the floor opens.

Illustration of the nightly hygiene pass we configure, not a specific store's log. Thresholds, cadences and rules are set per dealership.

The Janitor Work, Handled.

Five kinds of rot every dealership CRM accumulates, cleaned continuously.

Dedupe

One Buyer, One Record

Duplicates from forms, calls and DMs get matched and merged automatically, with the full history preserved. Full breakdown here.

Revive

Stale Leads Come Back

Leads that went quiet get flagged and dropped into a revival cadence instead of scrolling off the bottom of the list forever.

Resurface

Lost Is Not Gone

Marked-lost opportunities get watched for the signals that reopen deals: time passing, lease cycles, new inventory that fits.

Nudge

Stuck Deals Get Moved

Deals sitting too long in one stage generate next-step tasks for the rep, with context. Managers stop being the nag.

Reconcile

Stages Match Reality

Records drift: booked deals still marked as leads, delivered cars still in Negotiation. The sweep straightens stages nightly.

Audit

Nothing Silently Deleted

Every merge, change and nudge is logged. Hygiene runs with a paper trail, so you can always see what moved and why.

How It Runs At Your Store.

During the build we define the rules with you: what counts as stale, how long a deal may sit in each stage, which signals justify resurfacing a lost opportunity. Then the sweep enforces your rules every night, identically, forever.

  • Thresholds and cadences set by you, per pipeline stage and lead type.
  • Merges are conservative: uncertain matches go to a review queue, never auto-destroyed.
  • Revival touches run in your brand voice, through the same engine as your follow-up.
  • Reps see clear next-step tasks with context, not vague "check this record" noise.
  • Full audit trail on every change the sweep makes, exportable any time.

Straight Answers.

Will it change or delete my data without asking?
No. Confident duplicate matches merge with the full history preserved, uncertain ones go to a review queue for a human, and nothing is ever deleted. Every change the sweep makes is logged in an audit trail you can read and export. The rule is simple: reversible actions run, irreversible ones wait for you.
What counts as a stale lead?
Whatever you say it is. During the build we set thresholds per stage and lead type: how many quiet days on a fresh internet lead, how long in Negotiation before a nudge, when a lost deal is worth another look. Stores differ, so the rules are yours, not a template's.
Does my team have to work differently?
No. They keep working deals in the CRM as usual. The sweep works around them at night: cleaner records, revived leads in their queue, next-step tasks where deals were stalling. Most teams notice the difference before they can name the cause.
