It covers our website at www.driveaisales.com, the forms on it, our booking calendar, and the calls and emails you exchange with us. We follow Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA), Alberta's Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA) and Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL), and we have written this policy in plain language.

1.2 Information Collected Automatically

1.3 Cookies

Our own pages do not set cookies, and we do not use advertising pixels, retargeting tags or Google Analytics. A few features come from other companies and may set their own cookies or collect technical data when you use them:

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The rest of our site works without them.

2. How We Use It

We use personal information to:

If we want to use your information for a new purpose, we will ask you first, unless the law allows or requires that use without consent.

We collect, use and share personal information with your consent, except where the law allows otherwise. Sometimes consent is implied: when you ask for your diagnostic results or book a call, you are asking us to contact you about that request.

Every marketing email we send:

When you unsubscribe or ask us to stop, we act on it promptly, and always within 10 business days, as CASL requires. We keep a record of your consent and of any request to stop, so we can show we respected your choice.

You can withdraw your consent at any time, subject to legal or contractual limits. If withdrawing means we can no longer provide something you asked for, we will tell you.

4. How We Share It

We never sell or rent your personal information, and we never share it with other companies for their own marketing.

We share personal information only in these cases:

5. Where It Is Stored

Drive AI is based in Alberta, Canada. Some of our service providers store or process personal information outside Canada, mainly in the United States, to host our website, run our customer relationship management, email and booking platform, and provide our AI voice and phone services.

While your information is outside Canada, it is subject to the laws of that country and may be accessible to its courts, law enforcement and national security authorities. We rely on established providers whose terms require them to protect your information and use it only to provide their service. You can ask us about our use of service providers outside Canada using the contact details in Section 10.

6. How Long We Keep It

We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes in Section 2, or as long as the law requires. When we no longer need it, we delete it or make it anonymous.

If you ask us to delete your information, we will, unless the law requires us to keep some of it, such as a record that you asked us to stop emailing you. If we must keep something, we will tell you what and why.

7. How We Protect It

We use commercially reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect personal information, including:

No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. If a breach of our safeguards creates a real risk of significant harm to you, we will notify you and the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada, and, where Alberta's PIPA applies, the Office of the Information and Privacy Commissioner of Alberta, as the law requires.

8. Your Rights

You have the right to:

To make a request, email info@driveaisales.ca. We may ask you to confirm your identity before we act on it. We respond within 30 days. If we need more time, as the law allows, we will tell you why and when to expect our answer.

9. Customers of Our Dealership Clients

We build and run sales and marketing systems for car dealerships. When we do that work, the dealership decides what information about its own customers is collected and how it is used. The dealership owns and controls that information. We are the processor, not the owner: we handle it on the dealership's behalf and only on its instructions.

If you are a customer of one of our dealership clients, that dealership's privacy policy applies to your information. Please contact the dealership first with any request, and we will help it respond.

10. Questions, Requests & Complaints
