Built Around Your Stack,
Not Instead Of It.

Your store already runs a DMS, a phone system, inventory feeds, maybe a CRM you are not ready to leave. Drive AI is built around that stack, not on top of its rubble. Keep what works, connect it, and get one place where everything lands.

Your Stack, Wired Together.

What a finished integration map looks like: your systems on one side, one hub on the other, data flowing where it should.

What We Connect.

The systems a working dealership actually runs, and what connecting each one buys you.

DMS

The System Of Record

Deal, customer and inventory data synced where your DMS allows it, so the CRM and the tower finally agree.

CRM

Keep Yours Or Use Ours

Drive AI is a complete CRM, but it does not force the move. Sync your existing one, or migrate when you are ready. Your data, your pace.

Phones

Calls On The Record

Your phone system wired in: recordings, missed-call triggers and call outcomes on the contact, next to every other touch.

Inventory

One Feed, Everywhere

Your inventory feed powers chat, voice and lead replies from one source, so every answer reflects the actual lot.

Web + chat

Your Site, Plugged In

Website forms, chat and booking flows connect straight into the same records. No lead arrives without a home.

Equity + service

The Quiet Goldmines

Equity mining, service-to-sales and trade-in follow-up run off the systems you already own. The data was always there, now it works.

How It Runs At Your Store.

Integration is the first conversation of your build, not an afterthought. We inventory your stack on the discovery call, tell you plainly what connects cleanly, what needs custom work, and what a platform simply will not allow, then build in that order.

  • Standard connections, common CRMs, calendars, phone systems and inventory feeds, are quick and included.
  • Direct integrations depend on what each platform allows. We never promise around an API that does not exist.
  • Some custom integrations carry additional API cost. You hear it on the discovery call, not on an invoice.
  • Everything lands in one hub: one inbox, one pipeline, one report.
  • Your data stays yours: 100 percent dealership ownership, exportable any time, PIPEDA and Alberta PIPA compliant.

Straight Answers.

Is every integration guaranteed?
No, and we would rather tell you that here than surprise you later. Direct integrations depend on what each platform allows: standard connections are quick and included, some need custom API work that carries additional cost, and a few things a closed platform simply will not permit. We scope all of it with you on the discovery call, before you commit.
Do I have to leave my current CRM or DMS?
No. Drive AI is a complete CRM in its own right, but plenty of stores start by connecting their existing systems and letting the data flow into one place. Migrate later, or never. The point is one source of truth, not a forced switch.
What does an integration project actually look like?
It is part of your build, not a separate project. We inventory the stack on the discovery call, confirm what each platform's API allows, and wire the connections in during the roughly 90-day rollout, standard ones first, custom ones scoped and priced before work starts.
